Digital Download Help

Help choosing, downloading and opening Response-Depot templates and workbooks. These are digital resources; no physical item is shipped.

Before you choose a resource

Read the product's included-files list and software requirements. Compare the tools before buying overlapping packages. The general Tabletop Exercise Design Kit and AAR pack share an AAR template and improvement tracker; the AAR pack adds a leadership presentation and PDF guide.

The grant calendar is a planning workbook with a blank deadline register. For live federal opportunity discovery, start with free Grant Navigator. A download purchase does not add cloud accounts, collaboration or software features to the free tools.

Find your files after checkout

  1. Complete Shopify checkout at the price shown, including any active free offer.
  2. Keep your order number and check the order confirmation and any download instructions provided for the order. If you cannot find an expected email, check spam or junk folders.
  3. Download the listed files and save an untouched original set. Use separate working copies for your organization.
  4. If a link or file is missing, contact us with the order number and product name. Do not place another order just to report a download problem.

The free COOP starter kit is different: its ZIP, PDF and Excel links are available directly on the page without checkout or email signup.

Open and use your resources

I downloaded a ZIP file

Extract the ZIP into a folder before opening its contents. Keep the files together and read START-HERE or Read-Me first if included. If a download appears incomplete, try downloading it again from the provided link. Contact us if the problem continues.

Which software should I use?

Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are recommended for their corresponding editable files. Use a PDF reader for PDF guides and a web browser for HTML instructions. Consult the individual listing; not every product includes every format. Compatibility and layout in other applications may differ and have not been established for every file.

Workbook totals or dates look wrong

Read the workbook's Instructions, check required inputs and confirm that dates are actual spreadsheet dates. Use the workbook's reporting date if supplied; other workbooks use TODAY() and update when recalculated. Review dropdown selections, duplicate IDs and missing references before relying on totals. Keep formula cells intact. If adding records beyond the stated capacity, extend and verify formulas, tables and validation first.

Do not enable macros or lower security settings to troubleshoot. Send us the file name, worksheet and affected cell reference if you need help. A screenshot using fictional data is enough.

The PDF does not have boxes I can type into

The free COOP checklist PDF is for printing or annotation in a PDF reader; it has no fillable form fields. Use the included editable Excel workbook to maintain your review and actions.

Keep work from free browser tools

Browser tools and downloadable files are separate resources. Follow each tool's save and backup instructions. Work saved in one browser is not automatically available on another device, and clearing site data can remove it.

For the AAR Action Tracker, use a JSON backup to restore editable actions. CSV is for spreadsheet review and does not restore the workspace. Save or download a backup before leaving a session.

Get help with a specific problem

Email Response-Depot@outlook.com or use the contact form. Include the product, order number if applicable, file name, application/browser and the step that failed. For a workbook, include the worksheet and cell reference. Please use fictional or redacted examples and leave out payment details, passwords and sensitive operational or personal information.
