The Response Depot team has:
- 20+ years of emergency management experience spanning local, state, and federal levels
- Served as ICS Planning and Operations Section Chiefs on complex incidents, coordinating multi-agency responses under the National Incident Management System (NIMS)
- Earned the Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation — the gold standard of professional certification in the emergency management field
- Led and contributed to federal contingency planning efforts, developing continuity frameworks and response strategies for large-scale, high-consequence scenarios
